Brief
Twenty four lofts in an old warehouse, sold while the building was still scaffolding. Buyers needed to stand inside a room that did not exist.
Approach
We scanned the existing brick and beams, then furnished three unit types with the developer's real finish options, so every image matched the price list.
Delivered
